Open Me → Settings → Help & contact for answers and to write to us, with or without an account.
By email
Write to hello@cityngn.com. We reply within two working days.
Safety
If you’re in danger, call your local emergency number first. In the app you can report or block anyone from their profile or a message. Read more about safety and our community rules.
Your account and data
- Download your data: Me → Settings → Download my data.
- Delete your account in the app (Me → Settings → Delete my account) or on the web.
- How we use your data: Privacy Policy.
